Makaseru utilizes our long standing relationships with local farmers, restaurateurs, sushi chefs, purveyors, event planners, caterers and customers to provide exceptional sushi both traditional and familiar, while striving to grow and constantly push our craft. Due to the abundance of locally sourced seafood, vegetables and produce in the San Francisco Bay Area and years of experience in Michelin starred kitchen environments, we're able to craft and produce a unique level of both traditional Edomae style sushi as well as modern takes.
